“I know that you are going to have fun with this program.  Just try it.  You’re going to be amazed at the results.”

Minky is also a Paleo Fitness Nurse who cares about proper exercise and the reduction of your body’s need to produce insulin, increasing all healthy fats and timing of meals.  My goal is to get you to move and eat more towards the way we used to do it back in Paleolithic time (40,000+ years ago).  Before we started eating grains and stopped moving.  I use a Paleo-inspired template and put in food, that depending on you, are allowed on this Paleo-inspired challenge. Research has show this way of a lifestyle change of eating and moving is the quickest, safest, easiest way to get leaner and more beautiful and off/lower your medications.

She is the Creator of Certified Fitness Nurse™Coach and founder of Certified Fitness Nurse™ Academy.  Lori is also President & CEO of  ‘Jest’ for Fitness & Food Productions. ‘Restorative’ Fitness Nursing Services, FitnessNursing.com and CertifiedFitnessNurse.com are divisions of her parent company.
A “Minky” is a particularly sexy woman over 35; a “Minky” is NOT a “Cougar”.
