This movement sequence is designed for the inspired PaleoDiva who knows it’s in her DNA to clean something.  She is destined to make it (the home) presentable.  Even if it’s not every day, it’s often enough to trick our ‘primal self’ into doing sustained movement, with a purpose, enough and strategically, to turn us into fat-burners naturally.

Also all other house activites that you can do while at home that increase your heart rate and accomplishes something that needed to get done in your house.
