Exercise videos with PangPang

Here are some recent morning exercises that I do with PangPang.  I wear my pajamas and only do a few minutes BEFORE I eat.  Always in a fasted-state, a fat-burning state.  Enjoy:

Here the famous stick squats that I’ve talked about during the coaching sessions: 

 

Here’s 2 stretches that I do almost daily.  Especially the psoas (hip flexor) stretch.  Please note that I only demonstrate part of the stretch.  The ball moves to 4 others places along the psoas (hip flexor) for best results.  But this will be great for you if this is the first time you are doing it.  PangPang gets a little frisky on this one…
